<p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>As a 3rd Shift Shipping/Receiving Clerk at Arandell, you are the critical link between our high-quality printing production and our global clients. Youll be responsible for the movement of materialsfrom the paper and ink that start the process to the finished catalogs and marketing materials that leave our doors. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accuracy, safety, and a "craftsman" mindset are essential to leaving a better impression on our clients.</p> <p>This opportunity features a competitive rate of $23.35 per hour! (Includes shift premium)</p> <p>WHAT YOULL DO ON THE A-TEAM:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the inbound and outbound movement of materials, including loading and unloading semi-trailers using forklifts and other material-handling equipment. </li><li>Verify all incoming shipments against manifests and purchase orders. Youll be the first line of defense against discrepancies, reporting damages or shortages immediately. </li><li>Prepare essential shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOLs), work orders, and shipping labels using our inventory management systems. </li><li>Organize and stage materials in the warehouse to support production schedules. You will use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory movements in real-time. </li><li>Work closely with the Pressroom and Bindery teams to ensure they have the supplies needed to keep the presses running and the finished products ready for the dock. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOULL NEED:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). </li><li>Previous warehouse experience in shipping/receiving is preferred. A steady work history in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus. </li><li>Proficiency in operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or clamp trucks). </li><li>Basic computer skills for data entry and experience with inventory software or RF scanners. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail to ensure every shipment is accurate. </li><li>Strong communication skills to coordinate with carriers and internal departments. </li><li>A commitment to safety protocols and the "5S" organizational system. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
