That means our sales team doesn't just move products - we help build classrooms, libraries, and community spaces where learning happens.</p> <p>A Day in the Life</p> <ul> <li>Respond to inbound calls and emails </li><li>Create quotes and enter orders accurately </li><li>Track activity in Salesforce and ERP </li><li>Cross-sell and upsell to increase value </li><li>Identify larger projects and coordinate handoffs </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule & Environment</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday, standard business hours </li><li>Onsite in Madison, WI, remote, or hybrid work arrangements available </li><li>High-volume phone and email communication </li><li>Goal-oriented sales environment </li><li>Occasional tradeshow participation </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li>Experience handling inbound sales or customer inquiries </li><li>Ability to quote and process orders accurately </li><li>CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce preferred) </li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills </li><li>Cross-selling or upselling experience preferred </li><li>Associate degree or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Hourly base pay of $20-$21 per hour depending on experience </li><li>Commission opportunity of $15,000 annually based on sales performance </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer a very extensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.</p> <p>If you're organized, customer-focused, and motivated by hitting goals, we'd love to meet you.
