This includes oversight of our preschool program, which integrates special education services, and the supervision of approximately 20 staff members.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of a master's degree or higher.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Ohio certificate/license to serve as an elementary school principal.</p> </li><li> <p>At least three (3) years of exemplary teaching experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Good written and verbal communications skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated leadership ability.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to use a variety of communication methods to build relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to use technology to effectively manage data and information.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle.</p> </li><li> <p>History of excellent job attendance.</p> </li><li> <p>Must pass required criminal background checks, drug and alcohol screenings, and be free from communicable diseases.</p> </li></ul> <p>For the full job description, click here.</p> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>Salary and work year as established by the Governing Board.
