<p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Primary responsibility for Design Program Management for Transmission Transceivers new PIP development products, starting from PIP1 development and for coordination the product through to mass production handover</p> </li><li> <p>Secondary responsibilities for supporting Jira and SharePoint for the full organization</p> </li><li> <p>Creating and maintaining Jira projects, issue types and automation</p> </li><li> <p>Support with creating SharePoint Project sub-sites</p> </li><li> <p>Short term responsibility for enhancing router test scripts to support near term testing of modules in different routers</p> </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>No Minimum post graduation experience needed - Available for new graduate </li><li>BS/MS/MBA or equivalent degree. </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Project Management knowledge and some level of experience needed </li><li>Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Project experience strongly recommended </li><li>Strong Jira knowledge and experience is a major advantage </li><li>Ability to modify test scripts is desired </li><li>Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. required </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>This position is onsite </li><li>May require occasional off-site meetings or travel </li><li>Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary </li><li>Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job </li><li>May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate the executive's needs </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings. </li><li>Use of hands and fingers for operating computers and lab equipment. </li><li>Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative or lab tasks. </li><li>Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. </li><li>Mobility within the office/lab environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues. </li></ul> <p>Safety Requirements</p> <p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
