This is a full lifecycle engineering role, offering hands-on involvement from concept through deployment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and certify advanced analog and digital electrical systems. </li><li>Engineer circuit card assemblies and integrated electronics for high-performance platforms. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough solutions. </li><li>Apply simulation, modeling, and analysis to support complex technical challenges using sound engineering principles. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. </li><li>2+ years of relevant experience in electrical design and development. </li><li>Proficiency with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools. </li><li>Strong grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals. </li><li>Effective team player in multidisciplinary environments. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Aerospace & Defense industry experience. </li><li>Expertise in Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), circuit modeling, and simulation. </li><li>Familiarity with High Intensity Radiated Field (HIRF) and Indirect Effects of Lightning (IEL) design standards. </li><li>Knowledge of Electro Magnetic Effects (EME), including EMC and EMI. </li><li>Hands-on experience with analog/digital circuit design and schematic capture. </li><li>PCB layout knowledge; experience with relevant tools is a plus. </li><li>Exposure to model-based design and system-level simulations. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The role is based in an office environment situated close to aircraft hangars. The work is very fast-paced, and you will be working on projects related to C-130 aircraft. The company provides opportunities to obtain security clearance and work on major government programs.
