Assists by performing routine resident related care duties and activities of daily living.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>The Medication Aide accepts, accounts and documents all new medications brought into the facility. Safely prepares and aides with resident self-administration of medications. Maintains accurate medication documentation and records. </li><li>Guides the resident in maintaining their schedule of daily activities, while maintaining the residents sense of independence. Individualizes care and assistance provided to each resident depending on level of functioning. </li><li>Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
