In this leadership role, you will oversee the installation of various types of fireplaces, ensure high-quality workmanship, and lead a team of installers to deliver exceptional service.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of fireplace installers, providing hands-on training, guidance, and mentorship. </li><li>Install a wide range of fireplaces, including wood-burning and gas models, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, local building codes, and industry standards. </li><li>Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation feasibility and identify any necessary modifications or challenges. </li><li>Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and customers to ensure project timelines and expectations are met. </li><li>Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet safety standards and company quality expectations. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, making on-the-spot decisions to maintain project progress. </li><li>Provide technical expertise and customer service by answering questions and offering maintenance recommendations. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of completed installations, including materials used and hours worked. </li><li>Enforce compliance with safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment. </li><li>Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training opportunities. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
