You will work across Product, Technology, Operations , CS&I and cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and drive execution of a GT significant , multi - year complex global transformation program . This role requires a strategic thinker with strong Project/Program management skills along with excellent stakeholder management across all levels and cross functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about various L&AS products and the wider Payments business while showcasing and building your leadership skills.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination </li><li>Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements </li><li>Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners </li><li>Establish Program governance and drive execution on key delivery tasks </li><li>Identifies blockers and other impediments and manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources </li><li>Leads Project Working groups across functional areas to track execution, create/Maintain Project plans, RAID etc, </li><li>Communicates project status and challenges to senior management and stakeholders </li><li>Leads process re-engineering to manage change and identify efficiencies </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product delivery or a relevant domain </li><li>Knowledge of Funds Controls and the payments lifecycle </li><li>Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities (incl. "Ready to Launch") </li><li>Strong delivery mindset with a track record of continuous improvement implementation </li><li>Experience managing product/platform releases, including deployment processes and strategic planning </li><li>Demonstrated strength in project and change management </li><li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills </li><li>History of delivering projects across multiple functional teams </li><li>Experience documenting new processes and securing stakeholder alignment/approval </li><li>Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics </li><li>Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and possesses experience in business analysis and process re-engineering </li><li>Knowledge of Credit platform/processes will be an added advantage </li></ul>
