<p>Job Description</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Own & Evolve Our Adaptive Planning Environment</p> <ul> <li>Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. </li><li>Manage metadata, hierarchies, structural changes, and version control with an emphasis on data accuracy and system reliability. </li><li>Identify and implement opportunities to streamline planning processes, expand modeling capabilities, and improve the end-user experience. </li></ul> <p>Strengthen Key Financial Integrations</p> <ul> <li>Partner with our Financial Systems team to optimize integrations with Workday Financials, UKG (workforce management/payroll), and ADS (AIR data store). </li><li>Ensure smooth, timely, and accurate data flows across platforms and troubleshoot issues in partnership with IT, HR, and Finance. </li><li>Support system upgrades, test new functionality, and help ensure seamless operations across our connected systems. </li></ul> <p>Empower & Support System Users</p> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor for Finance and cross-functional partners, helping users build or refine reports using Adaptive and OfficeConnect. </li><li>Create clear documentation, training resources, and best-practice guidance that help teams get the most out of the system. </li><li>Lead user training sessions, support onboarding for new team members, and respond to ad-hoc reporting and system questions. </li></ul>
