<p>This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church. The incumbent assists in ensuring all garments are labeled and marked in preparation for packaging and shipment.</p> <p>This is a temporary, full-time position with a fixed term. Meaning, employment will conclude either on a specified end date or earlier if circumstances require. It is expected that the position will last for up to 3 months, with possible availability to move into a full-time and permanent role based on production needs and job performance.</p> <p>Day Shift Schedule: M, T, W, Th, F 5:30AM to 2:30PM</p> <p>Please do not apply if this shift does not work for your schedule.</p> <p>Starting Pay : $16.00 per hour</p> <ul> <li>Receives sewn product and verifies product information </li><li>Assists in setting up and aligning screens, plates, inks in preparation for printing </li><li>Loads and unloads printing equipment </li><li>May manually apply print to product </li><li>Identifies and replaces misprinted or unacceptable garments </li><li>Assists in mixing inks, creating screens and plates </li><li>Keeps screens and plates clean </li><li>Maintains and cleans machine and work area </li><li>Must be able to detect color variations to ensure print integrity </li><li>Coordinates with supervisor on daily needs and assignments </li><li>Performs general housekeeping duties for products and assigned areas </li><li>High School diploma or equivalent highly preferred. </li><li>Basic math, reading and writing required </li><li>Must be able to speak and understand English at a high level </li><li>Experience in a fast paced production environment preferred </li><li>High degree of accuracy in counting and comparing information </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills </li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate with the team </li><li>Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and perform fast, repetitive movements for a minimum of 8 hours per day </li><li>Must be able to physically lift/move/push/pull items up to 50lbs. alone (or occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. with two people) </li><li>Operate a pallet jack containing up to 2,500 lbs. </li><li>Stand and move throughout the shift </li><li>The nature of this work is physical demanding and fast-paced </li><li>Work overtime, if needed, based on production needs </li></ul>
