<p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible as a member of an in-house team of developers to meet the increasingly specific and varied technology requirements of the business. </li><li>Work as a member of a small, multi-functional development team. </li><li>Develop high quality applications and reporting systems. </li><li>Communicate with Red Roof business users to improve in-house software. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Two or Four-year university degree or technical school diploma in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, and/or 3+ years equivalent work experience. </li><li>Knowledge of current IT protocols and standards. </li><li>Experience in developing applications that will meet business objectives. </li><li>Self-motivated and self-directed. Attention to detail. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong end-user customer service orientation. </li><li>Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. </li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft O365 and Teams. </li><li>Must have knowledge and 3+ years of experience working with: </li><li>JavaScript </li><li>HTML </li><li>General programming design pattern </li><li>Transact-SQL </li><li>Familiarity with Node.js, Angular.JS, or React.JS. </li><li>Pluses include experience in Agile development methodology, Bootstrap, financial or accounting systems. </li><li>Less than 10% travel. </li></ul>
