Because together, we're more than ourselves.</p> <p>We're committed to disability inclusion and if you need reasonable accommodation/adjustments throughout our recruitment process, you can always contact us.</p> <p>Your expertise</p> <ul> <li>undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience required and ideally, 3+ years of product delivery experience, preferably working in an agile environment </li><li>understanding of equity plan compensation and exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritize workload </li><li>experience as a product delivery manager as well as proficiency in Plan Admin Pro or other equity plan enterprise solutions </li><li>project management experience, with the ability to work on multiple short-term projects concurrently </li><li>technical background within a development environment (SDLC) coupled with the ability to understand complex business and technical concepts </li><li>strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through and collaborate across the organization to influence key stakeholders </li><li>track record of successful delivery working across multiple teams, on multiple projects in a fast paced market driven environment as well as committed to driving value for clients and focused on their satisfaction and loyalty </li><li>strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy </li><li>confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail-oriented while also able to confidently communicate complex topics in a way that is tailored to the audience </li><li>comfortable with moderate to advanced MS Excel formulas and features. </li><li>willing to travel up to 10 percent of the time </li></ul> <p>About us</p> <p>UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
