As a Lead Finishing Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering Forbes-level service while setting the tone for professionalism, consistency, and excellence within the finishing team.</p> <p>This role combines hands-on guest service with peer leadership, supporting the spa's commitment to exceptional customer care. You will serve as a role model for service delivery, product knowledge, and operational standards-ensuring every guest feels cared for, confident, and exceeded in expectation. Our goal is to deliver an elevated, seamless experience every time a guest visits our spa.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Service Excellence & Guest Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Consistently provide the highest level of internal and external customer service in alignment with Kohler Waters Spa and Forbes standards</p> </li><li> <p>Meet and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver exceptional finishing services while adhering to all technical standards and established SOPs</p> </li><li> <p>Use approved spa verbiage and maintain a polished, professional demeanor at all times</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of spa services, amenities, and emergency procedures</p> </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Team Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a service and professionalism role model for Finishing Therapists and spa associates</p> </li><li> <p>Support open, ongoing communication among team members regarding guest needs, service flow, and operational concerns</p> </li><li> <p>Reinforce consistency in service standards, cleanliness, and presentation across the team</p> </li><li> <p>Assist leadership in upholding spa culture, accountability, and guest satisfaction</p> </li></ul> <p>Standards, Safety & Presentation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas</p> </li><li> <p>Uphold and maintain uniform, grooming, and appearance standards</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa, and Kohler Co.</p> </li></ul> <p>Retail, Education & Performance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Educate guests on at-home care and recommend appropriate retail products to enhance their spa experience</p> </li><li> <p>Meet agreed-upon retail sales goals based on department and retail-to-service expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain continuing education and licensure requirements in accordance with State of Wisconsin or Illinois regulations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Special Events & Experiences</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform services at special events and off-site locations, including golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, and other Kohler-hosted venues</p> </li><li> <p>Support spa-hosted events such as Spaliday and other promotional experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in special events as a secondary responsibility while prioritizing the core function of the role</p> </li></ul> <p>Why This Role Matters</p> <p>As a Lead Finishing Spa Therapist, your expertise, presence, and leadership directly influence both the guest experience and the performance of the finishing team.
