<p>Supplier Quality Engineer</p> <p>This is a hands-on, supplier-facing quality role for engineers who want real ownership, real impact, and real visibility. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, ensuring the parts coming into production are right the first time - and better every time.</p> <p>If you enjoy being on the floor, in supplier facilities, solving problems, building systems, and driving improvement, this role was built for you.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Perform Quality System, Process, and Product audits on suppliers to ensure high-quality incoming materials and components for metal fabrication and assembly operations. The position involves performing detailed visual inspections of parts, processes, and documentation. The candidate must tolerate exposure to varying temperatures in manufacturing/warehouse environments during supplier audits or plant floor support. On an $80,000 base salary, the target bonus is 8 percent, or $6,400 annually, paid quarterly at about $1,600 per quarter. Strong performance can increase the bonus to 10 percent, or roughly $2,000 per quarter.
