<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Head of Systems Engineering Domain Lead for the development of advanced Head Systems products, to join the Aerospace Division site in Haifa</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <p>Lead the domain both managerially and professionally across all areas of responsibility</p> <p>Develop Augmented Reality (AR) products - including display and tracking technologies</p> <p>Develop computing systems for Augmented Reality applications</p> <p>Design and engineer airborne camera systems for low-light flight conditions</p> <p>Lead the Center of Excellence for Display Systems Engineering, specializing in electro-optic micro-displays and optics</p> <p>Oversee airborne head system safety, in collaboration with internal labs and customer labs, addressing aspects such as neck loads, ejection impact, and helicopter crash analysis</p> <p>Define and lead the technological roadmap for display systems, fostering collaborations with academia and startup companies in optics and micro-display fields</p> <p>Improve processes from development to serial production while ensuring broad visibility of the product portfolio and shared infrastructure</p> <p>Lead and implement domain-wide processes focused on professional excellence, knowledge retention, continuous improvement, quality, and innovation</p> <p>Manage and mentor the human resources within the domain</p> <p>Collaborate with SOLUTION LINE assemblies, operational units, and the business division</p> <p>Serve as a knowledge focal point for product management across various groups within the Aerospace Division and other divisions</p> <p>Take part in the SOLUTION LINE leadership team, contributing to the definition and execution of strategic goals</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
