<p>Maxim Healthcare Services is in need of a Patient Driver to transport a homecare patient to and from his dialysis appointments 3 days/week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Patient lives in Boulder, CO.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive the patient and his homecare RN/LPN to/from dialysis appointments </li><li>Assist the homecare RN/LPN with loading/unloading patient from the van. </li><li>Meet at patient's home to load him into the van and drive him to the appointment. </li><li>You can either stay with the patient during the appointment, or drive the van back to his house and return for it later to pick him up. </li><li>Return to the hospital with the van to drive patient home. </li></ul> <p>Hours</p> <ul> <li>Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - time TBD </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license for the state of Colorado. </li><li>Good driving record & history. </li><li>Current CPR certification, based on state requirements. </li><li>Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray.
