<p>Description</p> <p>Healthy Families' Program</p> <p>Fair Labor Standards Act Classification: Non-Exempt</p> <p>West Health Center - 6029 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46224</p> <p>What you'll do as a Family Support Specialist at HealthNet:</p> <p>The Family Support Specialist is responsible for assisting growing families in establishing and achieving goals, as well as the assessment of the normal growth and development of the family.
