<p>Crystal Clean, a leader in the environmental services industry, is looking for a self-motivated team player to join our rapidly growing organization.</p> <p>Specific Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery and pipeline distribution systems. </li><li>Will be responsible for repairing Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, Reciprocal Compressors and Mechanical Seals. </li><li>Familiar with Mechanical Seal piping plans. </li><li>Operate conventional lathe and milling machines. </li><li>Able to perform PM's and equipment inspections, recording and reporting observations. </li><li>Maintain Spare parts inventory and submit order requests as needed to maintain minimum stock levels. </li><li>Record repairs and maintenance performed. </li><li>Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery. </li><li>Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs. </li><li>Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. </li><li>Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs. </li><li>Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment. </li><li>Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment. </li><li>Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using testing devices. </li><li>Adhere to all corporate policies and standards. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Position Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
