In over 30 years, we've grown from zero to $5 billion in assets.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead treasury and cash management as well as annual budgeting and forecasting with senior leaders </li><li>Leads accounting, investor accounting, expense control, and payroll functions </li><li>Manage on-time, accurate, and effective monthly accounting close process and financial reporting </li><li>Possess strong technical accounting knowledge </li><li>Develops and maintains appropriate written accounting department policies and procedures </li><li>Leads the annual audit and tax preparation, including identifying tax strategies </li><li>Lead and oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports and accounting for 55 different entities </li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies </li></ul> <p>No apartment industry experience?
