<p>Customer Service Representative</p> <p>Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups. </li><li>Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior. </li><li>Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant is preferred. </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills. </li><li>Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor. </li></ul> <p>About Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital</p> <p>Dogwood Trails is a brand-new state-of-the-art small animal hospital located in Bentonville, Arkansas.
