If you thrive at the intersection of engineering, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact on our products and business.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>You'll be part of a dynamic team to:</p> <ul> <li>Lead cost estimating and modeling for purchased parts, materials, and assemblies. </li><li>Build and refine should-cost models to guide sourcing and engineering decisions. </li><li>Identify cost reduction opportunities through data analysis and value engineering. </li><li>Reverse engineer parts, components, and assemblies to analyze construction, materials, and cost drivers. </li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the business. </li><li>Support validation and qualification of new components. </li></ul> <p>Your insights will help Malibu Boats deliver quality and value, driving smarter decisions and continuous improvement.</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. </li><li>5+ years in cost analysis, reverse engineering, or value engineering. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency with cost modeling tools (e.g., aPriori, Facton). </li><li>Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications. </li><li>Excellent communication and project management abilities. </li></ul> <p>?
