We are a group of highly motivated, professional individuals who love all things numbers, controls and compliance. We have a hard-working culture, but we also know how to have fun.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is always curious, embraces change and thrives in an ambiguous rapid-growth environment. You are detailed, highly organized with plenty of hands-on payroll management and processing experience. You have an eagerness to improve processes and execute, and excel both working independently and collaborating with colleagues.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of EMEA and NORAM payrolls through the use of Cloudpay (in-house) and/or management of payroll service providers. </li><li>Ensure employees receive accurate remuneration by the agreed pay dates. </li><li>Ensure full compliance with all payroll related matters and reporting requirements (e.g. payroll taxes, social security, fringe benefits, stock-based compensation, global mobility, annual filings); collaborating with HR, Accounting, Finance Operations, Tax and Legal to address the full picture. </li><li>Investigate and solve payroll related queries and issues (vendor, compliance, reporting/accounting etc.) </li><li>Act as the in-house payroll subject matter expert, in respect of the work performed by external service provider. </li><li>Work together with HR Operations to ensure that payroll data integrations run smoothly, reporting issues and suggesting enhancements and solutions. </li><li>Support on projects and process improvements as well as during payroll audits. </li><li>Manage the payroll service provider relationships. </li></ul> <p>Please apply if:</p> <ul> <li>Professional payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent) and/or professional accounting qualification. </li><li>Significant proven experience either in professional practice or in-house roles; with the proven ability to process payroll accurately and timely, and meet compliance requirements. </li><li>Strong technical payroll processing skills and a broad understanding of payroll compliance, international payroll processing experience is a must. </li><li>Demonstrable interest and knowledge of payroll and related HR/Accounting systems; Cloudpay, Netsuite and WorkDay is preferred. </li><li>Proven process improvement experience, ideally involving system changes. </li><li>Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll process; including systems, data flow, key stakeholders, filing requirements and accounting implications. </li><li>Proven ability to successfully collaborate with and manage payroll service vendors. </li><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate confidently and professionally at all levels within the organization. </li><li>Solution focused and hands-on with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks in order to meet conflicting timelines. </li><li>Strives for excellent business support and embraces change with an open and honest approach to communication. </li><li>Preferred payroll experience with any of the following countries: United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Ireland, Switzerland, or Lithuania. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Work from (almost) anywhere; wherever you do your best work </li><li>Focus on mental health and well-being </li><li>Company paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth </li><li>Company paid subscription to HeadSpace </li><li>Company-wide weeks off each year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!) </li><li>Generous paid parental leave </li><li>Generous paid vacation + time off for your birthday </li><li>Paid volunteer time </li><li>Health, dental & vision plans </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Focus on your career growth </li><li>Enriched learning and development opportunities </li><li>Leadership development </li><li>Access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings </li></ul> <p>There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
