<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Recruiter is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for Dart Bank. This role utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless hiring workflow, serves as the primary point of contact for applicants, and supports employer branding and recruiting events to build strong talent pipelines.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manages full-cycle recruiting including posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and pre-employment screenings.</p> </li><li> <p>Serves as a primary point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment process.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate data and up-to-candidate records within recruiting systems to ensure compliance with hiring policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with hiring teams, in partnership with the TA Specialist, to understand role requirements, success profiles, and business priorities to develop effective recruiting strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process, including market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate regularly with hiring teams to provide updates, feedback, and recommendations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts proactive outreach to passive candidates.</p> </li><li> <p>Attends job fairs and recruiting events; manages recruitment materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains accurate and complete personnel records in accordance with confidentiality and retention requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education</p> </li><li> <p>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting</p> </li><li> <p>Strong ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience using Application Tracking Systems and sourcing tools</p> </li><li> <p>Experience</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred; banking experience is a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Accuracy & Accountability</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for accuracy of applicant data, compliance with hiring regulations, and confidentiality of candidate information. </li></ul> <p>Supervised By</p> <ul> <li>VP/Organizational Development </li></ul> <p>Supervises</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul>
