<p>Position#Summary The Senior HR Business Partner#serves as a high-level strategic partner to leadership who oversees provider recruitment and supports all aspects of provider contracts and HRIS compliance, including renewals. They serve as the primary HR contact for managers, focusing on employee relations, resolving complex workplace issues, and managing performance/disciplinary matters. This highly autonomous role requires independent handling of complex HR issues.# The successful incumbent drives HR excellence and aligns HR practices with organizational goals. This position is eligible for#a hybrid schedule after the initial training period.# ## Primary Position Responsibilities Provides coaching and/or mentoring to HR business partners and leadership.# Manages HR schedules, Paid Time Off (PTO), and general daily office operations in the Administrative Director#s absence, acting as a supervisor. Provides coaching and mentoring to HR business partners and leadership. Manages the entire employee lifecycle, from overseeing recruitment and new hire orientation (onboarding) to conducting exit interviews (offboarding). Provide leadership with day-to-day input on employee issues including coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, leave of absence, etc. Provides consultative services to staff and leaders on a broad range of HR topics, including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Policy interpretation and Employment Law;#escalates#only the most complex problems. Manages Human Resources compliance, including investigations, license renewals, leave of absence, mandatory work requirements (education, Occupational Health), and represents the organization in State Audits and Joint Commission Reviews. Demonstrates exceptional and consistent support for assigned leadership, with prompt, accurate, and pleasant communication. This level of service is positively reflected in the annual feedback survey. Responsible for supporting all aspects of provider contracts, such as contractual provider payments, recruitment invoices, coordinating and maintaining HRIS data integrity. Performs other duties as assigned.## # Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Bachelor#s Degree in Human Resources or related field Preferred: Master#s Degree in Human Resources, or MBA Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: 7-10#years of experience in an#HR Generalist/HR Business Partner role with demonstrated HR knowledge and employee relations experience. Preferred: 10 or more years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner role in a healthcare setting with strong employee relations experience. License, Registry or Certification: Required:#None Preferred:#PHR,#SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP#or similiar HR Certification preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Excellent organizational, communication, time management and problem-solving skills. Strong working knowledge of HRIS and Talent Management Systems. Proven ability to make independent judgments as appropriate.
