Join our team and start your journey today!</p> <p>If you are a Manufacturing Engineering professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you!</p> <p>As a Manufacturing Engineer, You Will:</p> <ul> <li>Understand assembly processes and manufacturing practices. </li><li>Utilize automation and lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle time and waste elimination </li><li>Conceptualizes, develops, and initiates fixturing and tooling process improvements </li><li>Manages projects from concept and design through capital appropriation requests to qualification within project schedule and budget. </li><li>Support Automation which includes robotics and laser etch/cutting processes </li><li>Individual will utilize automation and lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle time and waste elimination </li><li>Individual must be proficient in both verbal and computer skills to effectively communicate to all plant personnel, Engineering, Product Planning, and external suppliers </li><li>Develops documentation for use by operators and maintenance technicians to perform their duties and assist them in troubleshooting </li><li>Self-initiates corrective actions for quality concerns based on effective problem-solving skills and develop temporary and permanent solutions to manufacturing issues </li><li>Comply with all required safety and regulatory requirements </li><li>Individual will utilize AutoCAD, Inventor and/or 3D Software for electrical / mechanical design and repair </li><li>Proficient in both verbal and computer skills to effectively communicate to plant personnel, Engineering, Project Planning and external suppliers </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Skills and Experiences:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
