<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Referral Coordinator - Access Center is a hybrid role within the Access Center that focuses on facilitating patient access to specialty care and services without performing general patient access duties typically handled in clinic settings. This position operates outside of the clinic environment and serves as a centralized resource for managing referrals, scheduling, and prior authorizations.
