Standards </li><li>Follow CSB's professional standards of dress and conduct. </li><li>Build rapport with customers by asking quality questions to help meet their needs </li><li>Demonstrates a commitment to CSB's vision, mission, and core values and seeks to align one's behavior in such a way that gives these foundational principles the best chance at becoming a reality. </li></ul> <p>Project a positive image of CSB:</p> <ul> <li>Promote CSB by participating in community activities </li><li>Represent CSB through professional and courteous conduct. </li></ul> <p>Execute service & sales initiatives to support growth in customer portfolios:</p> <ul> <li>Utilize relationship banking principles during customer interaction </li><li>Understand and have the ability to explain the features and benefits of all banking products and services </li><li>Recommend products and services that fit the needs of the customer </li><li>Engage customers and prospects to gain an understanding of their individual banking needs and provide those services as determined </li><li>Establish new deposit accounts according to Retail Services Handbook guidelines </li><li>Track new and closed accounts monthly and report findings to Banking Center Manager </li><li>Guide and educate customers in setting up and maintaining all electronic banking services including online, mobile, and text banking </li><li>Review the Doc Tracking System and correct outstanding items </li><li>Process account maintenance as requested by customers following established procedures as outlined in the Retail Services Handbook </li><li>Complete new account customer engagement reviews and phone calls </li><li>Develop relationships with CSB business partners including lenders, cash management, trust & brokerage officers </li><li>Contact customers, businesses, and community and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business </li></ul> <p>Operate the teller line within CSB established guidelines for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a productive workspace:</p> <ul> <li>Complete customer transactions as outlined in the Retail Services Handbook while adhering to Bank-wide Policies and Procedures </li><li>Maintain cash drawer within acceptable limits as outlined in Bank-wide Policies and Procedures </li><li>Balance cash drawer at end of every banking day </li><li>Assist customers in accessing safe deposit boxes </li><li>Provide customer referrals to bank personnel as appropriate </li><li>Scan proof work to Deposit Operations throughout each day </li><li>Perform end of day duties as needed, such as utilities and cash advance item reconciliation </li></ul> <p>Manage Banking Center cash vault as needed:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain proper supply of cash in vault </li><li>Prepare cash counts and audits as needed by Bank-wide Policies and Procedures </li><li>Maintain supply of official checks and money orders </li></ul> <p>Count and balance cash in automated teller machines (ATM)</p> <p>Balance and complete regular maintenance on coin machine</p> <p>Assist Banking Center Manager in opening and closing the Banking Center</p> <p>Demonstrates a commitment to CSB's vision, mission, and core values and seeks to align one's behavior in such a way that gives these foundational principles the best chance at becoming a reality.</p> <p>Education: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
