<p>Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Controller to support the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This is a full-time, on-site role within a 24/7 operational environment. Candidates must be flexible and available for rotating shifts based on mission priorities. This position plays a critical role in supporting key DoD missions and their associated networks.</p> <ul> <li>This position requires an Active Secret Clearance to be considered for the role* </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively investigate and resolve network monitoring alerts using available documentation and research. </li><li>Diagnose circuit issues using router commands, loopback tests, error/alarm analysis, and other troubleshooting methods. </li><li>Monitor network performance using specialized tools; escalate issues as needed. </li><li>Create and maintain incident tickets using Remedy. </li><li>Provide real-time troubleshooting across a global network infrastructure. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience. </li><li>Practical experience with LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS, VPNs, and wireless networking. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent). </li><li>Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Top Secret. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Salary range: $55,000 - $65,500, based on experience. </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave (as required by law). </li></ul> <p>This position will start accepting applicants on 1/5/2026 and will remain open for 30 days</p>
