Partners Personnel Lakeland is seeking Reach Truck Operators to support various distribution, manufacturing, and warehouse centers across the Lakeland, Auburndale, and Plant City areas.</p> <p>Shift and Pay Information:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible scheduling options: Full-time </li><li>Multiple shifts: 3rd shifts available 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM </li><li>Starting pay:$18.00 per hour based on the position and experience. </li></ul> <p>Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1-year recent experience operating one or more types of lifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment, including: </li><li>Warehouse Associate </li><li>Sit down </li><li>Stand Up </li><li>Reach Truck </li><li></li><li>Strong communication, organizational, time management, and basic mathematical skills. </li><li>Dependable and reliable work ethic. </li><li>Additional skills such as inventory management, equipment operation certification, data entry, and computer proficiency may be required. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in shipping and receiving tasks by unloading trucks using lift equipment and verifying merchandise. </li><li>Prepare orders by processing requests and assembling orders for delivery. </li><li>Pick materials, pack boxes, and arrange orders in the designated delivery area. </li><li>Organize and maintain inventory by accurately recording items received or distributed using computer systems. </li><li>Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following proper safety protocols and wearing required safety equipment. </li><li>Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including manual labor. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50lbs regularly. </li><li>Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. </li></ul> <p>We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. </li></ul> <p>Ready to take the next step in your career?
