<p>Job Title: Aseptic Technician - 2nd shift</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Schedule: Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM </li><li>We are seeking a dedicated Aseptic Technician for the 2nd shift to support the validation of new manufacturing areas, equipment, and processes. </li><li>This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, participate in aseptic process simulations, and ensure product quality through in-process inspections and quality control checks. </li><li>You will play an integral part in maintaining and improving the efficiency of our operations while adhering to strict cGMP and Good Documentation Practices. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with initial and subsequent validation of new manufacturing areas, equipment, and processes. </li><li>Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve deviations. </li><li>Participate in aseptic process simulations, media fills, and equipment qualifications. </li><li>Conduct in-process inspections and quality control checks to verify product quality. </li><li>Complete applicable logbook, form, and batch record documentation while adhering to cGMP and Good Documentation Practices. </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. </li><li>Complete initial aseptic gowning and process qualification and maintain qualification to work within Grade A and Grade B cleaning environments. </li><li>Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of the Quality System and applicable cGMPs. </li><li>Perform other duties as required and assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in aseptic clean rooms Grade A & B (alongside filling rooms). </li><li>2-3 years of industry experience. </li><li>Proficiency in aseptic techniques, cleanroom protocols, and cGMP. </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and standard operating procedures. </li><li>Capability to understand equipment alarms and escalate as necessary. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills. </li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. </li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational education is a plus. </li><li>Experience with aseptic gowning and techniques. </li><li>Troubleshooting skills in laboratory and manufacturing processes. </li><li>Knowledge of sterilization and cell culture processes. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>The position requires working in Grade A & B clean room environments with strict aseptic gowning protocols. </li><li>Candidates must be clean-shaven to comply with gowning requirements. </li><li>The role involves working in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by production schedules. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parsippany, NJ.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
