<p>Piper Companies is hiring a skilled ERP Technical Analyst for a remote, permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC. The ERP Technical Analyst will manage and optimize the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system, develop custom solutions, and support data analytics and system integrations to enhance business operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the ERP Technical Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Administer, configure, and support Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system, including customizations using C#. </li><li>Develop and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes and support system integrations. </li><li>Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot ERP and reporting system issues to maintain high performance. </li><li>Document system configurations and workflows, and provide training and support to end users. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the ERP Technical Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Epicor Prophet 21. </li><li>Proficiency in C#, SQL (including stored procedures), and experience with Windows Server environments. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure Synapse, and API-based integrations. </li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the ERP Technical Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Salary: $80,000-$120,000 USD/year </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 8/11.
