<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Provide exceptional customer service for Commercial Lending customers, participate in relationship planning and enhancement of business relationships, loan operations management, and credit analysis.</p> <p>PRIMARY DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for new business development. Maintains positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention. </li><li>Maintains a working knowledge of all bank products and services. Recognizes cross-sale opportunities and refers sales opportunities in response to customer needs. </li><li>Works closely with Loan Operations to ensure a transparent transition from pipeline business to booked loans. Resolves operational problems and recommends alternative procedures for daily loan administration. </li><li>Manages credit and Guarantor files to ensure bank compliance. Routinely checks files for accuracy and to make certain all required documents are present. </li><li>Collects, verifies, and validates credit information and prepares credit write-ups/annual reviews for loan committee. Assists manager with credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and preparing credit summaries. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience </li><li>3-5 years Commercial Lending experience </li><li>Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills </li><li>Attention to detail with a high level of proficiency and accuracy </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical ability </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize </li><li>General knowledge of financial accounting theory and logic </li><li>Proficient with PC software and applicable mainframe systems </li><li>Proficient with Excel </li></ul>
