Monitors drivers and shares info with effected customers to notify them of potential late deliveries or problems.</p> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Processes customer invoices and assembles delivery paperwork. </li><li>Monitors shipping and route progress in SCI and PeopleNet Link and verifies on-time arrivals. </li><li>Breaks down driver packets and processes customer invoices. </li><li>Collaborates with Customer for late truck notifications.
