We're currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced, dynamic team.</p> <p>Schedule: 7:00pm - 5:30am, 4 x 10's, will train on 1st shift</p> <p>Pay: $32 - $35/hr. (Depending on experience)</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform all tasks safely, following PPE and safety protocols; report hazards immediately. </li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment to prevent issues. </li><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase, including RTUs, motors, lighting, and HVAC. </li><li>Repair, maintain, and replace electric motors and related equipment such as drives. </li><li>Install and repair electronic equipment, including PLCs and programmable drives. </li><li>Install new equipment, mount fixtures, run conduit, pull wire, and connect wiring. </li><li>Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and support facility operations with strong mechanical/electrical skills. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong commitment to safety and PPE use. </li><li>Ability to work on up to 480V 3-phase (higher voltage a plus). </li><li>Experience with industrial/manufacturing PLCs and motor programmable drives. </li><li>Skilled in conduit installation, machine moves, and new equipment setups. </li><li>Experience in melting/molding environments a plus. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical schooling/apprenticeship preferred. </li><li>Must meet physical demands and skill requirements of the role. </li></ul> <p>Wabtec offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with match, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, uniform allowance, and all supplies/tools provided.</p> <p>If you're looking for growth, opportunity, and a workplace that values your contributions, this is the place for you.
