This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing CPQ systems (e.g. Salesforce CPQ), ensuring accurate pricing, and routing sales-related requests efficiently. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product Marketing to drive operational excellence.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain and improve CPQ processes, pricing rules, approval workflows, and bundles</p> </li><li> <p>Support quoting accuracy and validate system updates</p> </li><li> <p>Triage and route Sales Ops requests (e.g. Deal Desk, Legal, Invoicing)</p> </li><li> <p>Provide hands-on support and create self-service resources</p> </li><li> <p>Track request volume, response times, and process metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate on quote-to-cash improvements and process documentation</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>2-4 years in Sales/Revenue Ops or related roles with CPQ experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and sales workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred) and CRM/ticketing tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk)</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills</p> </li><li> <p>Customer-focused with a sense of urgency</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription models</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and CPQ configuration</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-Time</p> <p>Work Environment: Hybrid / On-Site</p> <p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Parental Leave, etc</p>
