<p>Company description</p> <p>"APEX is a distinct next-generation trading entity within Publicis Media that identifies and invests in emerging market trends to benefit Publicis clients.</p> <p>APEX develops innovative offerings through direct partnerships and principal investments that allow clients of all size to benefit from custom solutions that best fit their business challenges in an increasingly complex media environment.</p> <p>Clients opt into solutions outside the agency's core services that offer tangible benefits including guaranteed outcomes, increased flexibility, and advantageous pricing."</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Role Objectives:</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain reconciliations for owned inventory accounts </li><li>Open inventory requisitions for new deals </li><li>Create deal profitability analysis and update regularly </li><li>Prepare variance analysis and commentary to be presented in CFO meetings </li><li>Prepare forecast for one off items such as bonus media, pact and loyalty agreements </li><li>Create flash actuals and forecast reporting via Excel and Powerpoint </li><li>Support forecasting team with client level review and variance analysis </li><li>Support accounting team with agency reporting deadlines including month end close, forecasts, and regulatory filings </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of applicable accounting and/or finance experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance </li><li>Results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and who can operate independently and in a collaborative environment </li><li>Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles including GAAP, IFRS, Debits/Credits, Accrual Accounting, Variance Analysis, and Financial Reporting </li><li>Strong MS Excel skills (Power Query, Lookups, Pivot Tables) </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide </li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Familiarity using financial reporting (HFM), accounting (SAP) and media billing systems is a plus </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Results-oriented, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and who can operate effectively in a collaborative and matrixed environment </li><li>A cross-functional leader with excellent interpersonal and communications skills who can quickly build rapport, establish trust, and develop effective working relationships </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
