The successful candidate will represent the Prime Brokerage and Financing capabilities to current and prospective clients.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers at the client and strengthen existing client relationships through daily interactions, meetings and events. </li><li>Actively engage clients with respect to new products, new technology, and new regulatory topics in Prime Finance </li><li>Capitalize on client relationships to influentially direct Prime Finance business and revenue increasing opportunities </li><li>Utilize quantitative analysis for client metrics, balance trends, and portfolio construct to optimize their balance mix, return metrics, and revenue </li><li>Deliver other products of the firm to the client by holistically analyzing client business </li><li>Take charge of client experience inclusive of product, technology and operations across cash equity, fixed income and synthetic Prime Finance </li><li>Lead and implement initiatives that are focused on improving client experience and Prime Finance products </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to manage and build strong relationships with clients </li><li>Energetic self-starter with an appetite for learning the business, motivated to enhance and build on our current product offering </li><li>Enjoy working in a fast paced environment </li><li>Oral presentation, persuasive speaking, and negotiation skills are a must </li></ul>
