<p>Join the team at CCL Label Robbinsville, NJ</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>CCL Label Robbinsville, New Jersey is part of CCL Industries a world leader in specialty labeling and packaging solutions for our global customers. The Robbinsville location specializes in pressure sensitive labels for home and personal care products.</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and experienced hands-on Press Supervisor to join our 3rd shift Production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the production team and ensure day-to-day production goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and previous experience with press equipment.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise day-to-day 3rd shift production operations and personnel. </li><li>Communicate job expectations, train, coach in a constructive and consistent manager while ensuring proper staffing to complete jobs as designated </li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing company policies and legal regulations </li><li>Approves time-off requests for assigned employees </li><li>Completes performance reviews and provide feedback on an ongoing basis </li><li>Identify, troubleshoot and resolve press-related issues to minimize downtime and implement necessary changes to positively impact production </li><li>Participate in production meetings and identify corrective actions as needed </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience</p> <ul> <li>Relevant Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not required) </li><li>5+ years' of related experience in the printing/packaging industry (Required) </li><li>Previous leadership experience (Required) </li><li>Must possess strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook </li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence </li><li>Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Must possess good time and project management skills </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to stand, walk for long periods of time </li><li>Must have the ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness </li><li>Frequently exposed to high-speed moving mechanical parts, UV, strobing or flashing light </li><li>Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary based on experience </li><li>Benefits package includes (health, vision, dental, life insurance, short/long-term disability, FSA, HSA) </li><li>Vacation and Sick Time </li><li>401(k) match up to 8% </li><li>Tuition reimbursement program </li></ul> <p>Schedule :</p> <p>Sunday to Thursday (must be available to work weekends and have the flexibility to adjust to extended hours when necessary)</p> <p>Work Location:</p> <p>In-Person</p> <p>Are you a dedicated and hands-on leader with a passion for printing and press operations?
