Utilizing a psychometrist can improve the following: objectivity of assessment, bandwidth for psychologists, overall quality of clinical service, and patients' access to care.</p> <p>Compensation: $22.00/hour</p> <p>Location: 185 Devonshire St Suites 800, 801, & 802, Boston, MA 02110</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Administer and score psychological/neuropsychological assessments</p> </li><li> <p>Create test data summary tables</p> </li><li> <p>Provide detailed behavioral observations</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain, organize, and order hard copy and electronic testing materials</p> </li><li> <p>While they are undergoing their evaluation, establish rapport with and assist patients</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with psychologists (supervision, checking work, reporting and discussing results)</p> </li><li> <p>As needed, schedule follow-up patient appointments, only for psychologists who schedule their own follow ups</p> </li><li> <p>Send/collect test measures to/from patients (or related party such as parent or teacher) prior to/after test appointments</p> </li><li> <p>Address emailed patient questions regarding test completion</p> </li><li> <p>Upload/send patient reports to patients and referral sources (e.g., primary care or other providers)</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with maintenance of patient records</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as needed at the direction of supervisor</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in counseling or testing is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong assessment skills are highly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Basic experience and skills with MS Office (Word, Excel)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to make patients (incl. children) feel comfortable and enable them to perform best</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication skills (both oral and written)</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail (particularly numbers, data)</p> </li><li> <p>Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture</p> </li></ul> <p>LifeStance provides the compensation range and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
