<p>Summary of Responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li> Perform various Mail Center/Shipping/Receiving activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.) </li><li> Lift heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed. </li><li> Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude </li><li> Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment </li><li> Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines </li><li> Adhere to all safety procedures </li><li> Take direction from the site manager </li><li> Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail </li><li> Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned </li><li> Operating Forklifts, motorized and manual pallet jacks and other mail type equipment </li><li> Shipping & Receiving </li><li> Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages </li><li> Perform other tasks as assigned </li><li> Provide backfill when needed </li><li> Enter information daily into spreadsheets </li><li> Sort and deliver mail, small packages </li><li> Perform supply cabinet inventory and restocking when covering for this position </li><li> Perform paper management duties, including restocking cabinets with reams and/or boxes of paper </li><li> Perform any and all tasks and responsibilities assigned by site Team Lead or Manager. </li></ul> <p>Requirements: </p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1-year customer service related experience </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications: </p> <ul> <li> Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel) </li><li> Experience running mail posting equipment a plus </li><li> Excellent communication skills both verbal and written </li><li> Lifting up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations </li><li> Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned and provide backup support at nearby customer site </li><li> Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment </li><li> Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time for mail/package delivery and processing incoming/outgoing items </li><li> Competency in performing multiple functional tasks </li><li> Ability to meet employer's attendance policy </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Experience in</p> <ul> <li> Shipping/Receiving, warehouse type environment </li><li> Package tracking equipment </li><li> Email </li><li> Microsoft Excel </li><li> Multi-tasking </li><li> Excellent communication skills </li><li> Team player </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this position starts at $18.00/hr.; however, base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.</p>
