This bonus is subject to standard tax withholdings. Certain restrictions apply, including automotive technician experience and tech level. The sign-on bonus offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the employment agreement. To be eligible for the bonus, the employee must meet all applicable requirements, including the completion of the specified minimum length of service (e.g., 12 months) with the company. The sign-on bonus is contingent upon the employee starting their employment on the agreed-upon date and remaining employed in good standing through the applicable period. If the employee voluntarily terminates their employment or is terminated for cause before completing the required service period, they may be required to repay the sign-on bonus, or a prorated portion thereof, in accordance with company policy.
