<p>CREATIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER</p> <p>REPORTS TO: VP MARKETING</p> <p>STATUS: EXEMPT</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Boot Barn is where community comes first. This role will manage the Production team and work closely with Creative to ensure Marketing campaigns are successful.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the Creative Department and VP of Marketing to develop and maintain the integrated marketing calendar, providing visibility across pre- and post-production schedules, launch dates, and key marketing milestones. </li><li>Manage the launch of creative campaigns, ensuring static and digital campaigns are launched on time. </li><li>Lead the production team, managing schedules and confirming on-location production needs are met. </li><li>Marketing representative for outsourced creative talent, including but not limited to artists, producers, photographers, videographers, and athletes. </li><li>Approve contracts, invoices, and production expenses, ensuring projects are completed at or below budgets. </li><li>Recommend and develop new processes to increase successful communication and operations. </li><li>Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management. </li><li>Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance. </li><li>Travels up to 10% of scheduled shifts. </li><li>Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations. </li><li>Adheres to local, state and federal laws. </li><li>Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management. </li><li>Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a project management role. </li><li>Knowledge of project management best practices, PMP certified preferred. </li><li>Highly proficient computer skills, knowledge with Monday preferred. </li><li>Must be extremely well organized, work well under pressure and be a strong problem solver. </li><li>Self-motivator with good initiative. </li><li>Experience meeting multiple deadlines. </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Adaptability </li><li>Communication </li><li>Decision Making </li><li>Initiative </li><li>Innovation </li><li>Motivator </li><li>Organization </li><li>Professionalism </li><li>Results Orientated </li></ul> <p>Boot Barn Benefits & Additional Compensation Opportunities</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary. </li><li>Merchandise discount: 50% off of Exclusive Brands and 40% off of third-party brands. </li><li>Paid Time Off plan for year-round Boot Barn Partners. </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. </li><li>401(k) plan with generous company matching. </li><li>Flexible schedules and work/life balance. </li><li>Opportunities for growth at every level - we are opening 50+ new stores each year. </li></ul> <p>For eligible Boot Barn Partners</p> <p>PAY RANGE: $95,000.00-$110,000.00/yr*</p> <ul> <li>compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by a Partner to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
