The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on data validation, ETL pipelines, and cloud data warehousing.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes and data pipelines. </li><li>Validate data transformations, data quality, and data integrity across various stages of the ETL process. </li><li>Perform end-to-end testing of Snowflake data warehouse implementations. </li><li>Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. </li><li>Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools. </li><li>Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage. </li><li>Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>ETL Testing Expertise: Strong experience in testing ETL processes, data migration, and data integration workflows. </li><li>Snowflake: Hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data platform, including writing and validating complex SQL queries. </li><li>Quality Engineering: Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. </li><li>SQL Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills for data validation and test automation. </li><li>Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze large datasets and identify data quality issues. </li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Life at Capgemini</p> <p>Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
