Apply today for this great opportunity!</p> <p>Pay: $18.00/hr + 4% shift differential</p> <p>Shift: 2nd Shift</p> <p>As a Blaster Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and blasting customer parts according to specified requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and transport customer parts for blasting </li><li>Operate sandblast and related equipment </li><li>Place completed parts in proper containers for shipping or the next step in the process </li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment </li><li>Report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor </li><li>Perform other assigned tasks as required </li><li>Handle customer inventory with care to prevent damage or loss </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders only </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Minimum of one year of heat treating experience </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing </li><li>Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that include bending, climbing, and stooping </li><li>Regular exposure to heat, dust, noise, humidity, fumes, etc. </li><li>Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as needed </li><li>Ability to wear protective gear as required </li><li>Forklift operator certification (must obtain and maintain) </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits:</p> <p>Weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401K, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and more!</p> <p>Ready to take the next step?
