Our performance-driven culture is led by having and developing the best people, the most efficient processes and the right tools for the job.</p> <p>Qualifications and Detail about the Position:</p> <p>Broad Function The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and building relationships within a geographical area, identifying leads, presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position executes sales plans and revise as needed to meet sales goals. The Regional Sales Manager develops strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to support the customer through the sales process.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business </li><li>Execute strategic sales plans to accommodate regional sales quotas and goals </li><li>Assemble deliverables prepared before passing to client </li><li>Possess a thorough understanding of Brock's capabilities, identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to the line of business </li><li>Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities </li><li>Effectively convey Brock's message in written/verbal sales discussions </li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change </li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key plant/job-site stakeholders </li><li>Accountable for knowing and understanding the "well-being" of assigned plant sites </li><li>Identify customer issues and works with the operational lead to provide resolution </li><li>Utilize subject matter experts within the sales function </li><li>Ensure assigned action items are completed within the timeframe identified from the account management side </li><li>Develop solid working relationship with the operations team for the good of the customer and corporation </li><li>Utilize CRM to track and prepare reports of business opportunities </li><li>Represents company at trade association meetings to promote services </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locations </li><li>Working indoors in an office environment </li><li>Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary </li><li>Frequent travel as required </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of products and services </li><li>Excellent communication skills combined with strong business acumen to engage customers and to communicate complex ideas clearly, simply, and convincingly </li><li>Ability to always demonstrate the highest personal integrity and ethical standards </li><li>Must focus on the fundamentals of sound / ethical business practices </li><li>Demonstrate critical thinking skills required of a professional business leader </li><li>Ability to develop and implement standard work practices </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines </li><li>Excellent negotiation skills </li><li>Excellent networking skills </li><li>Ability to identify and solve problems effectively </li><li>Builds and maintains strong collaborative relationships at all levels internally and externally </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and in CRM systems </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>5+ years of experience in sales </li><li>Specialty services background preferred (maintenance services, painting, insulation, scaffolding) </li><li>Bilingual a plus </li></ul> <p>Location Information:</p> <p>Regional Office - Denver</p> <p>Location of Job: US: CO: Denver</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Exempt: Yes</p> <p>Work Type: Full Time</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <p>We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
