The MarTech Specialist is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Seismic Marketing and Sales Enablement platform, handling Seismic LiveDoc and associated LiveForm updates and new creations, ensuring data integrity, and harvesting information from Seismic data for the benefit of the business. The role includes collaboration with other Marketing personnel across the firm on data initiatives and story gathering. Additionally, the specialist owns a small amount of content in SharePoint and serves as a backup for processes in Marketo when necessary.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Optimizing and maintaining the integrity of Seismic metadata on a continual basis </li><li>Honing Seismic search capabilities </li><li>Ensuring external use content within the Seismic library remains compliant </li><li>Identifying potential efficiencies through data interpretation </li><li>Creating new LiveDocs and implementing LiveDoc and LiveForm changes </li><li>Training end users on existing LiveDocs </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Seismic Sales Enablement Platform Management</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years experience in managing and administering Seismic or similar platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Software Training and Support</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in creating and delivering training sessions for Seismic users</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to provide technical support and guidance to Seismic users</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in developing Seismic documentation and maintaining best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Data Integrity & Interpretation</p> </li><li> <p>Thorough understanding of metadata</p> </li><li> <p>Interest in and commitment to metadata accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with optimizing software through the use of metadata</p> </li><li> <p>Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Communication and Collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with and appreciation for collaboration across teams</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to Excellence</p> </li><li> <p>High level of initiative</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter, comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Taking pride in optimizing outcomes for the benefit of the business</p> </li><li> <p>Software Skills and Certifications</p> </li><li> <p>Seismic: Site Administration certification required</p> </li><li> <p>Seismic: LiveDocs Essentials certification preferred but not required</p> </li><li> <p>Marketo or equivalent marketing automation platform certification preferred but not required</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Monday.com a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$90,000-105,000</p> <p>BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
