<p>Construction Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with a strong experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires expertise in preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, buyouts, and working with subcontractors. A passion for learning and an open-minded approach are essential for success in this position.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. </li><li>Collaborate with subcontractors to define project scope and work specifications. </li><li>Utilize software such as Procore and ACC to track and manage project progress. </li><li>Coordinate preconstruction activities, including procurement and budgeting. </li><li>Conduct cost analysis and change order management. </li><li>Lead project coordination, site development, and pricing strategies. </li><li>Implement effective bidding processes and handle requests for information (RFIs). </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent. </li><li>5-10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. </li><li>Proficiency in project management and construction estimation. </li><li>Experience with commercial and life science construction. </li><li>Strong ability to manage subcontractors and oversee construction supervision. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. </li><li>Proven experience in leading and managing large teams. </li><li>Intermediate understanding of core engineering disciplines and project execution. </li><li>Minimum of 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
