Title 6 Chapter 11 with appropriate subject area endorsement(s) for position held (N.J.A.C. 6:11-6.1, 6.2, or 8.1 et seq.). </li><li>Have excellent experience in teaching and working with adolescents/young adults. </li><li>Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the content field and describe ways in which the content can be organized into lessons for secondary students. </li><li>Plan and implement instruction to ensure that all students meet and exceed the five broad areas of the Cross-Content workplace readiness standard. </li><li>Develop career planning, and workplace readiness skils </li><li>Use technology, information and other tools </li><li>Use critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills </li><li>Demonstrate self management skills </li><li>Apply safety standards </li><li>Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative </li><li>Exhibit a personality that demonstates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, and the community </li><li>Demonstrate the ability to communicate effecively in English, both orally and in writing using proper grammar and vocabulary </li><li>Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing, data management, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications </li></ul> <p>Salary: As per negotiated contract</p> <p>Initiator: Amod Field, Principal</p> <ul> <li>Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable </li><li>Pending Budget availability </li><li>All postings are open for ten (10) consecutive days following the date posted on the Paterson Public Schools website </li></ul>
