<p>This is a Hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in a Wolters Kluwer office</p> <p>The eLearning Developer will play an essential role in the on-going learning and development of employees within the organization. The eLearning Developer will be heavily responsible for the development of pedagogically sound eLearning materials in accordance with department standards and directives. They will execute the vision of the Senior Designer. The eLearning Developer will report directly to the CEGTE eLearning Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula </li><li>Design and develop learning interactivities </li><li>Support eLearning material management by updating project trackers and collaborating with Sr members of eLearning team and training team </li><li>Collaborate with other eLearning professionals (internal or external) to support eLearning content requirements </li><li>Develop supporting materials and media (audio, video, photos, graphics, etc.) for courses based on curriculum guidelines or information provided by or in consultation with subject matter experts, the Senior Sales Trainer, or eLearning Manager </li><li>Conduct quality assurance on all eLearning materials </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience </li><li>1-3 years' experience in a training role/function </li><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Strong proficiency in development stages of the ADDIE model </li><li>Strong lesson and curriculum planning skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong ability to interface effectively with SMEs and Sr Management </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing shifting priorities </li><li>Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise </li><li>Experience with xAPI coding preferred </li><li>Ability to learn new authoring tools quickly </li><li>Experience using remote conferencing tools such as Teams, WebEx, Adobe, etc. </li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products </li><li>Proficiency with various multimedia hardware and software (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA:: $76,350 - $105,700</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Wolters Kluwer offers a wide variety of competitive benefits and programs to help meet your needs and balance your work and personal life, including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Commuter Benefits, Tuition Assistance Plan, Vacation and Sick Time, and Paid Parental Leave.
