The team works to drive these efforts from initial conception to sustained realization through seamless technical development execution, risk management, and strategic alignment.</p> <p>As the Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you will serve as a critical bridge between engineering execution and business strategy. You will discuss technical trade-offs with software engineers as you explain automation ROI and strategic narratives to executives.</p> <p>The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead multi-quarter technical programs from conception to sustained business impact, ensuring all efforts converge on achieving gTech Ads AI and automation priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the primary storyteller for your initiatives, translating progress tracking into decision-making insights for leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Own and manage a portfolio of programs, creating processes to track progress, manage dependencies, and facilitate leadership reviews while triaging feature requests and bugs.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate engineering scope, establish milestones, and manage tech dependencies (e.g., API access and product team approvals) during the PRD and technical design phases.</p> </li><li> <p>Bridge organizational silos by partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align program charters with long-term strategic goals.</p> </li></ul>
